1. Payment terms and methods
A deposit of one third of the total amount including V.A.T. (with order).
A final payment on satisfactory completion.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
An itemised invoice will be given after installation or delivery of goods.
On receiving your deposit an order will be placed with our supplier or manufacturer.
Should you have reason to cancel your order a charge will be made by the supplier and ourselves and the balance refunded.
Should we not be able to fulfil your order a full refund will be made immediately.
Your deposit will be safeguarded in the unlikely event of business failure by the Carpet Foundation deposit protection scheme.

2. Guarantee
All products installed are guaranteed for one year from installation against faults and wear under normal use. Extended guarantees on some products are also available.
For carpets made by Carpet Foundation Manufacturers, a two year guarantee is available for faults and pile reversal.
Installation and seams are guaranteed for one year.
