4. Payments
All goods and services purchased from Garden City Flooring must be paid for in full before any goods or services will be dispatched. No refunds are given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Registration & Newsletter sign up
Where the web site requires that you register or provide an email address in order to use it or an associate service or function, you are obliged to provide accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain any changes to that information. Where you are unable to do this on the website you must email gardencityflooringltd@yahoo.co.uk. Unless specifically stated, all registration and sign up’s are for single users and the privileges and passwords gained must not be shared.

We are not bound in anyway to respond to any email or other correspondence and no liability will be accepted for any loss due to our failure to respond. All emails or “web site postings” unless specifically stated by the sender can be used by Mondside Ltd free of charge and without liability. We reserve the right to block any email or remove any attachments that are sent to us.

We receive the right to use cookies and collect IP addresses, neither of these activities reveal any personal information.
